Fain’s Fine Carpets & Rugs has served the Providence, Rhode Island, area since 1884. We are the oldest family-owned carpet store in the country—at least we think so. The store is now into its fourth generation of Fains.

We carry a full range of Oriental and area rugs imported from around the world, as well as unusual designer broadloom carpets, many of which cannot be found anywhere else in the area. We pride ourselves on having local installation crews that are the best. Free decorating service is available from Fain’s design consultants.
